About David Yim

David works under HI-Raleigh and serves as a managing director.

David has been working with and leading groups for more than 10 years. He is a naturally gifted trainer who enjoys interacting with people from all ages and walks of life. Having had substantial work experience in both the private and public sectors, he readily identifies with group issues and dynamics in the work environment and therefore attempts to incorporate a measure of reality and application into all team activities.

David believes passionately in teams and the multiplier effect of good teams. Articulate and inventive, team-building sessions are conducted with much humour and insight, and participants usually have a time of great enjoyment while discovering or re-discovering aspects of how they relate to each other. Many groups have seen a positive impact on their inter-personal relations as a result of such team-building efforts.

Other than training in a local setting, he has brought groups overseas to various countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

His areas of expertise include team-building, communication skills, group dynamics and leadership training.
